ADNOC Sales Gas Pipeline Package 3

The ADNOC Sales Gas Pipeline Package 3 is a high-specification sour service pipeline stretching 192 kilometers across challenging desert terrain in the UAE. The project features:

• Automatic welding of the root-pass with copper backing ensuring high structural integrity
• Filling and capping with Advanced Pulse (P-GMAW) for consistent weld quality
• Execution in desert conditions: with extreme temperatures, ensuring structural integrity under high-pressure conditions. The remote locations required careful planning and logistics management
• Implementation of a 36” jump-over connection to connect multiple pipeline segments without interrupting supply.
• Routing through complex facilities such as the Habshan Gas Compressor Plant (HGCP) and linking to the Sweihan Consumer Receipt Station (CRS), requiring precise coordination and specialized engineering.
• Deployment of advanced welding technology, including our PWT XCS automatic welding system, ensuring high-quality, automated welds for high-spec pipelines under challenging conditions.
• Integration of multiple pipeline systems with associated facilities, requiring sophisticated planning and high-level project management for seamless execution.
