Completed 2,750+ Welds on ADNOC’s Project Wave with <0.5% repair rate

We are proud to announce the successful completion of over 2.750 welded joints on a 52 inch with 14.27 mm wall thickness and 64 inch with 17.48 mm wall thickness pipelines, achieving an impressively low repair rate of less than 0.5%.

Two automatic welding spreads, each equipped with three Qapqa PWT auto XCS automatic welding stations and supported by highly skilled Qapqa welding crews—have been instrumental in reaching this milestone.

This achievement highlights the technical excellence, meticulous planning, and strong collaboration between the ORASCOM and Qapqa teams. It stands as a testament to our shared commitment to delivering high-quality, efficient results throughout every stage of the project.
