Qapqa and C.A.T. Group Complete 161km of Automated Welding for ADNOC’s ESTIDAMA Gas Pipeline Project

We are deeply honoured to contribute to this important project for ADNOC Group, a testament to their trust in our capabilities. Special recognition goes to our esteemed client C.A.T. Group UAE and our dedicated welding team, for their unwavering support and cooperation.
 
Automated mainline welding completed ✅
Together with C.A.T. Group, our welding team successfully completed 161 kilometres of mainline automated welding on a 52-inch pipeline with wall thicknesses of 20.8mm, 24.6mm and 29.2mm. This achievement underlines our commitment to precision, quality and technical excellence in major pipeline construction.
 
Ongoing operations
We are currently progressing with 5 XCS stations on a 32 kilometre section of a 56 inch pipeline with wall thicknesses of 15.7mm and 21.9mm. At the same time, NDRC welding and free joints are in full swing to keep the project on track and on schedule.
 
Looking ahead
We are delighted that the ongoing success has led to the award of the next phase, ESTIDAMA Package 6 by C.A.T. Group, to the Qapqa team. This is a testament to our pursuit of excellence and our ability to deliver world class results.
