51 Pipeline welds completed in Single Shift 100% AUT accepted

51 welded joints 56" WT 14,27 mm in one shift, 100% AUT accepted.

Our respected client Larsen & Toubro successfully completed 51 welded joints in a single shift with six (6) of our Qapqa PWT auto Welding stations on Saturday 29 November, as part of the Master Gas System (MGS-III), Package #8 works on a 56” pipeline (WT 14.27 mm).

While production rate is a key performance metric on a project of this scale, weld integrity remains our primary benchmark. All welded joints were AUT accepted, thus without a single repair.

This accomplishment reflects exceptional coordination between welding, NDT and construction teams; and demonstrates our commitment to delivering high-quality welds under demanding schedules.
