Gas Quality Analyser

Gas Quality Analyser
The Gas Quality Analyzer is simple and easy to use and can be configured to measure Oxygen, Helium, Nitrogen, CO2, moisture and can calculate Argon levels.
In high-precision welding and gas-critical operations, gas purity is non-negotiable. The Qapqa Gas Quality Analyzer (GQA/GQM) is a robust, field-ready solution designed to monitor and log gas composition with accuracy, reliability, and ease of use.
Whether you're working with shielding gases in automated welding systems or managing bulk gas supply for industrial processes, the GQA ensures you maintain control over one of the most critical variables in your operation: gas quality.
Key capabilities
The GQA is configurable to measure:
- Oxygen (0.0001–5%, ±0.1% FSD)
- Helium, Nitrogen, CO₂ (0–100%, ±1%)
- Moisture (0–3000 ppmv, ±2%)
- Argon (calculated, 0–100%, ±3%)
- Flow rate (0.1–5 L/min, ±5% FSD)
All measurements are displayed on a 5.7” full-color LCD screen and logged directly to a 4GB USB flash drive, complete with timestamped records.
