Automatic welding successfully completed on ESTIDAMA Package 6

We are proud to announce the successful completion of the automatic welding works on ESTIDAMA Package 6 pipeline project, for our esteemed Client C.A.T. Group. The mainline automatic welding works were completed ahead of schedule to the satisfaction of our clients. The construction began on 18th of June 2025 and was completed on 12th of February 2026. 

The sour-service project covered a total length of 73 km. One welding spread equipped with ๐Ÿ” (๐ฌ๐ข๐ฑ) ๐๐š๐ฉ๐ช๐š ๐๐–๐“ ๐š๐ฎ๐ญ๐จ ๐—๐‚๐’ ๐ฐ๐ž๐ฅ๐๐ข๐ง๐  ๐ฌ๐ฒ๐ฌ๐ญ๐ž๐ฆ๐ฌ was used for the mainline automatic welding works. Together with a dedicated welding crew of 21 specialists, the project reached a total of 5650 welded joints on 52 inch pipeline WT 24,6 mm. Additional work included 2 two NDRC sections on 52 inch pipes WT 29,2 mm. The pipe material used throughout the project was grade X65MS PSL2.

Quality and safety were central throughout the entire operation. The repair rate remained at a very low 2.4 percent in accordance with projects specification DGS 004, and there were zero registered near incidents. A specific part of the work took place inside the CICPA Critical Infrastructure and Coastal Protection Authority area, where our team maintained full compliance with all operational and safety requirements.
